Iyana Leach (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing integrative psychotherapy rooted in awareness, socially and culturally responsive, evidence based approaches, and guided by a trauma informed lens. She draws from multiple modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), existential therapy, positive psychology, liberation psychology, humanistic approaches, and trauma and racial trauma informed care, tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each client.

Iyana works with adults (18 and up) navigating life transitions, grief, relational challenges, social issues, existential and metaphysical concerns, identity exploration, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Iyana’s approach is integrative, compassionate, intentional, and client centered, offering a sacred supportive space for optimizing wellbeing, enhancing self awareness, and living more intentionally and empowered.
